📌 General Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it, with original packaging.
You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
✅ When Returns Are Accepted
If the product is damaged during delivery.
If you receive the wrong product.
If there is a quality issue confirmed by our team after inspection.
❌ When Returns Are Not Accepted
If the product has been used.
If the tablet packets are opened.
If the product is mishandled, misplaced, or not in original condition.
If no unboxing video is provided when opening the parcel.
📹 Important: Unboxing Video Required
To process a return, you must:
Record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the package.
Show the outer packaging, seal, and product condition.
Send the video to our support team.
Our team will review the video, and if approved, we’ll proceed with your return/replacement.
⚠️ Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
For COD orders, our team will request your bank details for refund processing.
📦 Exchanges
If you want a replacement, the fastest way is to request a return and place a new order once your return is approved.
